Project Overview:
I led a multi-channel campaign to launch CoStar’s new Funds Information feature, which links commercial real estate funds to their underlying assets. Using display ads, email, and responsive landing pages, we highlighted how the tool helps funds assess performance, spot risks, and uncover opportunities — taking audiences smoothly from awareness to conversion. It went on to be our top-performing campaign of 2024.
For the concept we wanted a high-tech feel for the design while showing a human connection with our product.
